This work is a part landscape, part abstraction with many of my favourite colours (emotions). Covers a large spectrum of my emotions. The trees symbolize stability (strength), colours (diversity) and the trees look after each other (solidarity). The thick foliage represents abundance of beauty, the strong branches the resilience. The alpha tree has a flat top – like a plateau strong enough the hold the mighty heavens. The three layers of mountains start in the opposite order - dark first, then mid tones and then the crystalline formations. All this is done while alternating between what is fact and what is fiction. All this to signify that love and beauty emerge to warm the universe. The artwork shines when light is applied on it and gives it a 3D feel. The separate canvasses are for visual effect. Was guided by the simplicity of nature and the subtleness of its pure magic.
